Dec. 18 - The following is a reaction, from a patient, to Dr. Bo's lifestyle choices: 

Not quite sure why I would even take the time to respond to this, but I guess I am a bit disappointed because I figured I had my doctor picked out and now we have to go through the process of looking around which is time consuming.

 

I appreciate you taking the time to email and you sound like a nice enough guy, but if I could be honest with you, I think you will ruin your practice with this show.  There is simply no way anyone would put their life and health at risk with someone that looks as unprofessional and frankly overly motivated by women.  You have to understand that I would go under the knife with you and put my fiance under the knife with you, and literally, you seem like if you got a text message from your 19 year old girlfriend, that you would stop working on me and get distracted to respond to her. 

 

A doctor we would like would be a family man - a professional, and one who is made to look that way.  Look at Dr 90210 and how smart they were with how they portray him.  A family man, a father, dedicated to martial arts, a skill that takes lots of commitment and concentration. 

 

Anyway, not sure if you care about your career - maybe you just want to be an actor now, which I would hope works out for you because your practice will most definitely be ruined by this.  And dating a 19 year old??  Not sure your age, but maybe not a good idea for you - and she sounds like a gold digger!!

 

Best of luck to you - I think you'll need it if you go down this path.
