AM Hot Links – College Moves, Bad Guitar Solos and Canada Bands a Classic

Click the photo to read 10 a**hole moves you can only get away with in college.

College. I miss you. God I miss you. I took advantage of you when we were together. I just didn’t realize how good I had it. You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone. I’ve consider post-grad but it just wouldn’t be the same. Fraternities frown on bringing wives and newborns to keg races. It slows the team down.

What Do You Want On Your Tombstone?

    January 13, 2011 at 1:00 pm

Death is no laughing matter. The tombstone, on the other hand, can be hysterical. I think it says a great deal about a person that wants to make people laugh even after they are gone. As depressing as it is to visit a cemetery, at least you can have a little laugh and break the tension. Here is a collection...

PM Hot Links – Women Learning Self Defense, Crazy Cars and Indiana Hoops

    January 13, 2011 at 12:00 pm

Click the photo to read the 5 self defense books for women (who want to lose a fight)

I might be thinking too much into this (and that’s usually the case) but if there were women’s self defense books on the market, and I’m in the “robbing women” business, wouldn’t I just be able to pick up these books and figure out every self defense move a woman would pull before she pulls it? I mean if that’s how I make my living (robbing people) I’d like to think I’d put some time and research into it so I don’t, oh I don’t know, get beaten up by a woman. I’m just thorough like that though.

Great Examples of Long Exposure Photography

    January 13, 2011 at 11:30 am

Long exposure photography is often used in a night-time setting in order to produce a near daytime effect in the photo.  By leaving the camera’s shutter open for an extended period of time, more light is absorbed, creating a brighter product. If the camera is stationary for the entire period...

Attack Of The So?: Olivia Munn Maxim Cover Causing A Stir

    January 13, 2011 at 8:00 am

Hey anyone kind of tired of Olivia Munn yet? I’m getting there but it’s not her fault. When every single magazine, TV interview show and men’s website wants to talk to you, you say yes and try and be interesting in each opportunity. It’s just that she is on every mag, TV show and website right...

Six Awesome Bands Named after Real People

    January 13, 2011 at 6:00 am

If there’s one thing I think that’s pretty cool about rock bands it’s how they got their names.  For example did you know that Pearl Jam is named for an awesome peyote laced jam that Eddie Vedder’s great grandma made?  If it weren’t for her their band would be named Mookie...

    7 Reasons MySpace Went Bust

    January 13, 2011 at 5:00 am

MySpace recently laid off over 500 employees, cutting staff by 47%. Not surprising. Actually, it’s more surprising that MySpace had almost a thousand employees. The website has been on a slow slide into oblivion for the past few years. Sure it still gets decent traffic, and it’s used by a few million...

AM Hot Links – Cross-dressing Kelsey, Superhero Injuries and Avoiding Small Talk

    January 13, 2011 at 4:00 am

Click the photo to read how Kelsey Grammer’s a cross-dresser … ex insinuates

Oh boy. Never divorce a crazy woman unless you’re ready for anything and everything she is going to through at you (literally and figuratively). Cross dressing huh? If it’s true, it’s kind of interesting, but if it’s just something to piss him off well it’s a very interesting approach. Normally the women go with “small package”, “bad in bed” or “very gay.” Cross dressing might insinuate all of the above. Well played, Crazy Camille, well played.

Anyone else alarmed at how lifelike store mannequins have become? Is it really necessary to make a clothing purchase? Do I have to see a fake person wearing a shirt to go “man, that would look good on me too?” Especially because few of us are built like a plastic model. Then there are the...

    January 12, 2011 at 12:00 pm

Click the photo to read the 11 dumbest things cartoons have taught us.

I’ll admit it, I learned a lot more than I should have from cartoons. It’s where I learned about what is funny, how to deliver a one-liner and just exactly when duck and rabbit season start and begin. I’m not ashamed at all. I’m only ashamed that I thought it was possible to get from one place to another by digging underground and it will eventually lead you to a buried treasure. I feel so dumb.
