Here’s the situation: Shell Oil is hosting a private party to celebrate new oil drilling rigs. A centerpiece is a drink machine that pours from an oil rig. Everything turns into a P.R. nightmare when the oil rig breaks, gushing liquid.

UPDATE: We thought that lady’s can was a little too nice for a Shell P.R. employee. Turns out, this whole thing was a concoction. If we can’t believe in corporate ineptitude, what can we believe in?
