    Photos of ordinary animals with exotic natural colors are quite rare. Showing style in the animal kingdom takes guts because it usually makes it more easy to get snatched up in the jaws of a predator. Yet, once in a while, an animal manages to develop a unique natural color. At least, that’s the explanation our moms always gave for why we were a totally different skin color than our dads. We found a score of fascinating photos featuring everyday animals that Mother Nature did herself. Again, we can’t emphasize enough that these colors aren’t artificial:

    The body skin color of this lizard is not very different from Spiderman. Males can change their color at night or if frightened. They even can run on their hind legs and scale vertical walls like spiders.
