What Foods Fill You Up?
This infographic from Guru Magazine set out to determine how to choose the best snack food options based on how much a particular food fills you up and how much of a “sugar crash” a typical eater will experience after consumption. Most of the snack food results are what you’d expect: candy tends to cause more of a sugar crash without filling you up, and beef or fish will make you feel full without a sugar crash. The mid-range snack foods get interesting, though. For example, in terms of filling you up and crashing later, a banana and a cookie are exactly the same.
