New Jersey has ‘PreCrime’ Technology Now

    Remember that movie Minority Report, where Tom Cruise was a cop who arrested people before they committed crimes? Well it turns out this type of precrime technology is actually starting to become a reality, and it’s already beginning in–of all places–New Jersey. The police department in East Orange, New Jersey recently installed red spotlights around traffic intersections that are designed to light up potential criminals before they commit the crime.
