Caped Crusader Smears Poo on People

This caped crusader in the Czech Republic has dedicated his life to punishing people who don’t clean up after their pets….by picking up dog poop with his bare hands, then smearing it on the irresponsible pet owner. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn’t go exactly as planned and he gets chased through the park by an angry person covered in poop. In fact, I’d be willing to bet that this happens every single time, so it’s probably exactly what he plans for. Maybe that’s why he wears the cool cape. Here’s the hero in action:
