A Gallery Of New York In The 1960′s

A couple months ago I visited friends in Brooklyn. There was a second hand shop that he wanted to browse because he needed a desk lamp. He looked around for about fifteen minutes. I spent the entire time shuffling through a bin of old pictures. Pictures of people in the city, most taken in the 1960′s. I was fascinated. I almost bought a couple but then realized I had no need for pictures of people I didn’t know from a time when I wasn’t alive.
Here is a gallery of New York City in the 1960′s. I could stare at these for hours.
