Think your house is cool? Not as cool as these. Here is a partial list from our friends at Yepyep of the wackiest home designs from around the world. Let’s hope not many of them get foreclosed on.

1) The Mushroom House – Cincinnati, OH

This Mushroom House also known as the Tree House,  was built by University of Cincinnati professor Terry Brown with the help of his architecture students, and is a staple tourist attraction in the Hyde Park section of Cininnati.

2) The Boeing 727 House

Buying and renovating this Boeing 727 only cost the owner, Joanne Ussary, $30,000. It boasts a jacuzzi in the cockpit, and remote controlled doors, which would be cool, if you didn’t wake up every night in a cold sweat thinking that your house is going to crash into a large mountain.

3)The Upside-Down House

Polish businessman Daniel Czapiewski is the man behind the house. Apparently the “roof” makes an excellent concert venue, and the audience doesn’t have to get drunk to get seasick.

4) The Bubble House

The Bubble House still isn’t finished, but it still is a tourist attraction due to its alien-esque design and beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Word is that it will be occupied by a “Bubble Boy” like from the Seinfeld episode and Jake Gyllenhaal movie.

5)Toilet-Shaped House – South Korea

The owner of the Toilet House couldn’t be more fitting – Sim Jae-duck, chairman of the World Toilet Association. I didn’t know there was a World Toilet Organization, but I’d like to join, if its possible. Actually, I’m sure they’re rather exclusive. I won’t even bother.
