6: Jos Verstappen at the 1994 German Grand Prix at Hockenheim. The Dutchman Verstappen somehow managed to escape with just minor burns to his nose (his visor was slightly open) after fuel leaked on to his car during his first scheduled pit stop and set the whole thing on fire.
