Well that a question a lot of people have been asking recently due to a new innovative yet controversial advertising model. WhoistheBaldguy.com has launched a program called CHAM to help get word out about the site.
This program takes advantage of resources during an economic downturn. Do you know what those resources are? Well the Acronym CHAM stand for Creative Homeless Advertising and Marketing. The program gives homeless people t-shirts to wear with branded logos to help a company advertise on a mass street level.
The rate paid is $4 dollars an hour which is below minimum wage raising most of the controversy.
