District Attorney Drops Shawne Merriman Charges

According to the associated press the district attorney has given up the charges against Shawne Merriman deciding that there was not substantial evidence to charge him. Looks like the Tila Tequila that was allergic to Alcohol did not make a very good case for why they got in an argument.
